What better way to do it than through our shared love for Bubble Tea. We’ve collaborated again with Masterchef contestant - Bryan Zhu to present to you Kumquat Black Tea (with Coconut Lychee Jelly and/or Tapioca Pearls optional). Ingredients 1 Black Tea Bag 1 tbsp (20ml) Fructose 1 1/2 tbsp (30ml) Kumquat Syrup 1/2 cup of ice 2 tbsp (30g) Lychee Coconut Jelly (optional) 2 tbsp (30g) Tapioca Pearls (optional) DirectionsSteep black tea bag in 250ml of boiling water for 1-3 minutes (the longer the steep, the stronger the tea flavour)Add in the kumquat syrup and fructose (according to your own sweetness preference) and stir well until dissolvedPour over half cup of ice, stir and enjoy!Recommended with lychee coconut jelly or tapioca pearls for a perfect balance of sweet and tangy (recipe for tapioca pearls can be found here) Back to blog
